it's been a long week. i couldn't wait for this week to wrap up and face a brand new week. a visit to Megamall with Ayah tomorrow should be great. we will be scouting for some things and after that, we could catch a 'breather' at Figaro and have a nice chat. or maybe somewhere else. Mister Donut may be a good alternative. after all, it's branch in Mega A is cozy and not too many people are dining in.

on another story, our principal logistics dept. just called me and was informing me of the double-delivery of returned products from one distributor. i'd hate to say this but this could be one of the dumbest thing that can ever happen to us. nobody's keeping records of what is being released. and they are blaming us. wow. talk about pointing-fingers and being a pontius pilate in terms of shortcomings. worse, they aren't even helpful enough to provide us the documents that we need in settling it with the distributor. bah. their loss, not ours.

i wanna go home. NOW.

thinking
i'm feeling lazy. i have a lot of things to do but i guess i'm finishing them off tomorrow. i'm thinking of the thing i have to face tonight and hopefully put an end to all the 'issues'. choir practice should be uplifting. i have two tasks to be done @ church and i'm thinking how i'll do it since i left my papers in the van, which incidentally is parked at home because of number coding. hmm...

we're not tying the knot...
for those who have been previously told, those who are anticipating, those who are asking, those who are secretly reading, those who are secretly inquiring, those who are expecting to be invited:
we're not tying the knot
...this year.

stories and some
happy *burp*day to my best, peejay. while for the past few years we haven't been hangin' out together that much, i can say that this guy will never be duplicated by anyone in terms of friendship and loyalty. we've been through a lot especially during our college days. i've been at home with his whole family and it served as my "2nd home" when i was currently busy attending to my college course and ojt stuffs, i've shared a lot of things to him like he has shared also a lot of things to me, we learned from each other and despite of our differences, we still managed to get along with each other. "opposites attract" as the common phrase say. oh well, he's another year older and i just wish what's best for him, for his plans and future undertakings. :)

Ayah & i had a dinner with papsi a while ago in a pasta resto in Shangrila. my dad used the vouchers i gave him last holiday for purchasing a pair of shoes at Beetle Bug, a Pretty Fit partner. After choosing the best item on sale, we proceeded with our dinner and talk about some stuffs. then we called it a day!

New Year
FIRST POST for the year 2007. I know my greeting is late but who cares? I still wish everyone to have a happy new year. hmm...
I'm early in the office today as Ayah had to catch the Canter going to Bel Air. She'll be supervising a shoot in their Bel Air branch and will have to be back here in their main office after lunch. hmm... no lunch date today for me :(
mom & i, together with Ayah were able to visit my Apu's place in Sta. Rita, Minalin last January 1. As usual, we just ate and slept. Ayah and i were able to take a short rest at a papag under a tree right after lunch. Atmosphere isn't the same as before. Weather is hot and humid.
january 2 marked the first day of work for the year, i wasn't expecting too many load of work but then the office was more busy than the usual work day. it's Chummy's bday so Ayah & i, together with mom visited their place before i went to our choir practice. but Chummy was already in church so we just stayed a bit, ate, and went ahead. the next day january 3 was another busy day but not as busy as the previous day. Ayah & i decided to watch Mano Po 5 after office.Weekend, Friday to be exact, i met with jawee v. and ivy @ SM Megamall. I took with me my long-time buddy Nick who's on vacation here until the middle of this month. We ate at Superbowl of China along Megastrip and had a juicy talk. i just wish that everything will be fruitful, and results will turn out to be for the better of everyone.
Ayah had no work last Saturday so she waited for me after i'm done with my shift. we met at the nearest (big) mall in our place and craved to watch another MMFF entry. wow. counting, it was our 5th MMFF movie, my 6th in total (Ayah wasn't with me when i watched Zsa Zsa Zaturnah. That is record-breaking for me as for the previous MMFF's, i only get to watch at most TWO film entries. we were suppose to watch Cesar Montano's Ligalig but was too lazy to go to the old building, so we instead viewed Matakot Ka Sa KARMA, a triple-story film centralizing its concept on antique furnitures reliving the spirits past. just fit for passing time, i haven't watched any spectacular film entry in the MMFF 2006. Meanwhile, i am eagerly awaiting for some foreign movies lined-up to be shown this year...
Sunday i took my lunch at Ayah's place then later at night we went to SM-MOA to witness a couple of entries for the Pyrolympics, a (contest) display of fireworks participated by not less than 10 countries. I heard that the Philippines was disqualified for using boga in their entry hehehe joke only, of course. :p
Ka Mario purchased some gift certificates from Ayah at The SPA yesterday so we had lunch together at Shakey's-Libis. It is just noteworthy to post that this branch of Shakey's sucks! They have a POS terminal for credit cards but they do not accept payment made thru debit cards. wtfart??? oh well... c'est la vie
